Habahe Industrial Solid and Hazardous Waste Resource Utilization and Recycling Project

Project Timeline: October 2024

Equipment Selection: Two 401 screw press sludge dewatering machines, along with supporting conveyors and fully automatic dosing devices

Project Background: The project's total treatment capacity is defined as 170,000 tons/year of hazardous waste disposal, with provisions for future processing of additional waste.

Solution: To ensure the efficiency, stability, and automation of the treatment process, the project strictly controls the quality and compatibility of core equipment selection: Two 401-type screw press sludge dewatering machines are selected as the core solid-liquid separation equipment. This equipment has advantages such as small footprint, low energy consumption, high dewatering efficiency, and convenient operation and maintenance. It can effectively reduce the water content of sludge, laying the foundation for subsequent resource utilization. A screw conveyor is provided to achieve closed-loop transportation of sludge and solid waste, reducing secondary pollution. An automatic chemical dissolving device is configured to accurately control the reagent ratio and dosage, improving reaction efficiency and reducing reagent loss. Mechanical bar screens are also installed to intercept large impurities during the pretreatment stage, ensuring stable operation of subsequent equipment. In addition, a complete set of spare parts is provided to ensure stable operation throughout the equipment's lifecycle, further improving the overall operational reliability of the project.
