Project Background: This sludge treatment project is designed strictly according to the long-term plan of the existing wastewater treatment plant, fully considering the future growth trend of regional wastewater volume. The existing wastewater treatment plant has a long-term daily wastewater treatment capacity of 20,000 tons. Based on the relevant calculation standards for sludge production during wastewater treatment, the design capacity of this sludge treatment system is determined to be 20 tons of sludge with a moisture content of 80% per day. This fully matches the sludge production of the wastewater treatment plant during long-term operation, ensuring timely and efficient sludge treatment.
