Project Background: The wastewater treatment plant's sludge treatment system has a current design capacity of 15,000 m³/d, which can meet the current sludge treatment needs. To cope with future increases in wastewater treatment volume, the long-term design capacity is planned to be 30,000 m³/d, reserving space for future expansion and avoiding large-scale renovations later.
Solution: This project focuses on the sludge treatment stage of the wastewater treatment plant, aiming to achieve efficient dewatering and resource utilization of sludge through scientific and reasonable process and equipment configuration, helping the wastewater treatment plant achieve its overall environmental protection goals. The project fully considers future development needs, adopting a "short-term construction, long-term reservation" planning approach to ensure that the treatment capacity is compatible with the overall scale of the wastewater treatment plant. Based on the current design scale, the project has precisely configured sludge dewatering equipment, including two screw press sludge dewatering machines and one 1.5-meter belt filter press. The equipment selection fully considers the current sludge processing volume, balancing processing efficiency and operational stability, providing reliable hardware support for the sludge dewatering process.
