In the field of industrial wastewater treatment, the reduction and stabilization of chemical sludge has always been a key issue for enterprises to achieve environmental compliance and cost optimization. A chemical plant in Yangzhou, as an important chemical production enterprise in the region, generates 11.5 cubic meters of sludge daily, which is extremely difficult to treat due to its complex composition and high moisture content. To completely solve this problem, our company provided a combined treatment process solution of a low-temperature dryer and a screw press dewatering machine. After on-site installation and commissioning, the sludge moisture content was successfully and stably controlled below 15%, providing a replicable and efficient solution for sludge treatment in the chemical industry.
