Equipment Selection: Two 1500 high-pressure belt continuous sludge deep dewatering machines and supporting non-standard equipment


Project Background: The wastewater treatment plant's initial design capacity is 15,000 m³/d, with a future design capacity of 30,000 m³/d. The sludge dewatering workshop's civil engineering is based on the long-term scale, while the equipment is configured for the near future, balancing current and future needs. Excess sludge with a moisture content of 99.2% is pumped to a high-pressure belt concentrator for dewatering to approximately 70% moisture content. The sludge cake is conveyed by belt to a plow mixer, mixed with crushed straw, and then conveyed by a mixing belt to an aerobic fermentation drum. The decomposed material is then screened and packaged.


Project Outcomes: This project effectively solved the problem of treating high-moisture-content excess sludge through advanced sludge dewatering and fermentation processes. This not only reduces the volume of sludge and lowers subsequent disposal costs, but also transforms sludge into organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation, realizing the resource utilization of sludge. This aligns with the concepts of circular economy and sustainable development and is of great significance for promoting urban green development and improving the ecological environment.
