Equipment Selection: Low-Temperature Dehumidifying Dryer
Project Background: The project requires processing 2 tons of oven-dried sludge with a moisture content of 85% daily to reduce it to a moisture content of 30%, with a water removal capacity of no less than 1.57 tons/day.
Solution: This project focuses on the safe and efficient treatment of sludge, adopting a core design philosophy of "low risk, low energy consumption, and high controllability" to create a professional sludge drying solution that fully meets both environmental protection and production operation requirements. In terms of safety design, the project employs a low-temperature drying process, strictly controlling the drying temperature below 90℃ to avoid potential safety accidents caused by high-temperature sludge drying. Simultaneously, it innovatively applies a mesh belt static drying model, ensuring dust-free drying throughout the process and completely eliminating the risk of dust explosions, thus building a solid defense for production safety. For exhaust gas treatment, the project adopts a closed drying mode to effectively prevent secondary pollution caused by exhaust gas leakage. The waste heat generated by the conversion of electrical energy into heat energy during the operation of equipment such as compressors and fans is cooled and dissipated through air-cooled condensers, taking into account both stable equipment operation and environmental protection requirements.
