Heat Pump Sludge Low-Temperature Chamber Dryer

When the equipment runs stably, the dry hot air is sent into the bottom ofthe drying chamber by theblower and penetrates the sludge in the silo. The water in the sludge is heated and evaporated intosteam, and then the wet air flows through the evaporator of the heat pump system to cool and dehu-midify, and the condensate water is discharged from the equipment on the surface of the evapora-tor.

The refrigerant releases the latent heat of condensation absorbed by the wet air in the evaporator atthe condenser. The dry air is heated by the condenser and then sent to the drying chamber by the fanto continue drying the sludge.

When the temperature in the oven reaches the set value, the external air condenser works to dis-charge the excess heat in the oven to ensure the stable operation of the system.
