Description
Kaiya Environmental Protection owns a complete set of sludge drying systems, offering comprehensive solutions forsludge drying, including segmental conveying, storage, and odor treatment. We are dedicated to becoming a cruciapart of sludge reduction processes, initially dehydrating wastewater or thickened sludge to 60-80%, then drying it atow temperatures to a moisture content below 30%, achieving a weight reduction of up to 98%.
Waste Heat Belt Sludge Drying Machine: The waste heat from flue gas or steam isused to heat circulatingwater to 90°C hot water through a heat exchanger. insidethe equipment, the circulating air passes through a hot water coil heat exchangerto be heated into dry hot air. A fan then directs this dry hot air upward across thesludge on the mesh belt. As the dry hot air moves through two layers of the sludgemesh belt, it becomes humid hot air with humidity above 50% and a temperaturebetween 40 and 60 degrees Celsius. This humid hot air is recirculated by the fanthrough a bag filter into a cold water coil, where it exchanges heat with coolingwater at around 33 degrees Celsius. Once the humid hot air reaches its dew pointtemperature, the water vapor condenses into water and is discharged. The driedair then exchanges heat again with the 90°c hot water, repeating the cycle.Throughout this process, the circulating air operates in a sealed space withoutemitting any exhaust gases.
