Internal Inlet Grille
Its core structure consists of a screen basket, a rotary rake chain, a drive system, a sludge removal device, a flushing system, and an electrical control system. During operation, wastewater passes through the screen basket wall and enters the equipment, where impurities are trapped inside. The rotary rake chain circulates within the screen basket, carrying the trapped impurities to the top, where they are peeled off by the sludge scraper and fall into the collection device. Simultaneously, the high-pressure flushing system prevents screen blockage and ensures continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
Description
Compared to traditional external inlet bar screens, internal inlet bar screens have the advantages of small footprint (can be installed vertically or horizontally in a compact manner), high interception efficiency (with a rejection rate of over 98% for filamentous and fibrous impurities), low operating noise, and are less prone to problems such as debris entanglement in the rake. They are suitable for installation conditions with low water levels and small spaces, and are key equipment for achieving refined pretreatment of sewage.
The internal flow bar screen is a highly efficient and refined wastewater pretreatment device. Its core feature is that wastewater flows in from the inside of the screen and flows out from the outside. The toothed rake inside the screen basket removes debris from bottom to top, effectively intercepting fine suspended impurities in the water (such as fibers, hair, and small plastic particles, with an interception particle size of 0.2-5mm). It is widely used in the front-end pretreatment stage of municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment stations (such as dyeing, papermaking, food processing, and slaughterhouse wastewater), and reclaimed water reuse systems.
