Types and Features:

- By chemical form: Automatic dry powder dosing devices and automatic liquid dosing devices. The former is equipped with an automatic feeding and dissolving module and is suitable for powdered chemicals; the latter has a simpler structure and is suitable for liquid chemicals.

- By control method: Manual control type, semi-automatic control type, and fully automatic intelligent control type. The fully automatic type can realize functions such as linkage adjustment of water quality parameters, low chemical alarm, and automatic shutdown in case of failure, with a high degree of automation.

- Core features: High dosing accuracy, simple operation, small footprint, and remote control capability, effectively avoiding errors and waste caused by manual dosing.


Description

The fully automatic dosing device is an automated environmental protection equipment that integrates dissolving, metering, dosing, and control of chemicals. It is mainly used for the precise dosing of various chemical agents in water treatment processes to achieve goals such as water purification, water quality stabilization, or sludge treatment.


Working principle: 

According to the water treatment process requirements, dry powder or liquid agents are added to the dissolving tank in proportion, and the dissolution and dilution are completed by the stirring device; then the metering pump (or dosing pump) delivers the prepared agent to the dosing point; the system can collect water quality parameters in real time through online monitoring instruments (such as pH meter, turbidity meter, etc.), and automatically adjust the dosage through the control cabinet to ensure accurate and stable agent dosing without the need for continuous manual monitoring.

 

Structural Composition: 

The entire unit is an integrated design. Core components include a dissolving tank, a stirrer, a metering pump, a level gauge, a control cabinet, and pipeline valves. In some complex operating conditions, it will also be equipped with an automatic chemical feeding system, online monitoring instruments, and safety protection components. It can be directly installed on site, making installation and commissioning convenient.
